Federal Government gives us the bad news

The news from the Government today was bad, with the report from the Department of Environment showing declines in mammals, forests, heatwave events on land and sea, and all of this was explained in a National Press Club address by Environment Minister Tania Plibersek.

Our Canberra Correspondent Amanda Copp was there and she also detailed what bad news Treasurer Jim Chalmers has in store for Thursday next week.
