Finding the Right Balance for Festival Licensing

The current licensing scheme set by Berejiklian’s NSW government is under scrutiny only months after it was implemented. The NSW upper house is set to decide whether the new festival licensing scheme introduced in February should be repealed. NSW labour shadow minister for music, John Graham has moved a disallowance motion. If allowed, this will force the state government back to the drawing board to come up with a workable scheme.
