Flickerfest 2025: The Dog with Danielle Baynes

The Australian Premiere of Danielle Bayne’s short film The Dog is on at Flickerfest 2025.

A sick dog mysteriously appears in the clinic of an overworked vet and tries to negotiate their own death, leading both on a surreal journey. Starring Kate Walsh (Grey’s Anatomy, Emily in Paris), the short film navigates the themes of life, mortality and grief.
