Gender & The 2022 Job Summit

This years job summit highlighted there was an intentional gendered focus for all policy deliberations.

The urgency to break down the barriers to women’s workforce participate have been suggested by improving childcare access and setting up policy reforms to rethink men’s roles in the home.
