Are we getting ripped off?

Earlier this week, GetUp! commissioned a survey regarding the difference in electricity prices between the Australian states. The prices wildly varied, with ACT residents paying around $225 retail charge, compared with NSW’s retail charge at $444 and South Australia’s retail charge at $650.

GetUp’s Environmental Justice Campaign Director’s Miriam Lyons joined us to highlight the difference in pricing between states across Australia and how some states might be getting ripped off.
