Christmas is, for many of us, a time that we feel like we’re constantly eating, drinking and buying stuff, sometimes for relatives we see but once a year. It’s also a pretty rough time for the environment, with mountains of wasted food and unwanted gifts ending up in landfill. Jack Schmidt chatted with Nic about how we can all be more sustainable this silly season.
