Growing pressures on school leaders

Reports in recent years show that school leaders are experiencing ongoing high pressure and high levels of anxiety, often due to their heavy workload and sometimes threats from parents of students.

Are there any feasible measures to help these school leaders share the pressure and resolve conflicts between school staff and parents?
