Harmful of calcium/vitamin D supplements

According to new research, the calcium and vitamin D supplements that people take daily to keep healthy may be effectively useless.

It is believed that calcium can make bones stronger, but calcium supplements are associated with gastrointestinal symptoms and taking calcium every day is unnecessary for healthy people.
