The History of Climate Change Denial

Australian politicians and resource companies like Adani are determined to expand Australia’s coal production despite overwhelming evidence that coal is the leading cause of CO2 emissions and directly responsible for the warming of the planet.

Politicians like former Prime Minister Tony Abbott and One Nation Senator Malcolm Roberts even deny that climate change is a man made phenomenon.

But where does this denial come from? Did it start with coal?
