How did the ancient Greeks and Romans keep fit? Much like us.

Trying to keep fit and healthy in the middle of our busy lives is an old and universal problem. Just ask the Greeks and Romans!

For over 2,000 years, philosophers and ancient scientists have been providing health advice, and many of their tips are still revelant in our modern world.

Dr Konstantine Panegyres, a Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne, studies health in the ancient world.

He joined us this morning to share what the ancient Greeks and Romans thought about fitness, and what we can learn from them.
