How do I keep my fruit and veggies fresh for longer?

We hear a lot about keeping our meat and dairy fresh and food-safe, but what about our fruit and veg? They’re a really important part of our diet – and we probably should all eat more –  so we need to look after them well.

Dr Senaka Ranadheera is an Associate Professor from the School of Agriculture, Food and Ecosystem Sciences at the University of Melbourne. He joined us this morning to share some hacks on how to help our veggies and fruit good for us, and good to eat.
