How Robot Farmers Could Help Battle The Drought

With several towns grappling with the prospect of running out of water, farmers are looking to new ways of growing their crops and fighting the drought. Researchers believe robots could play an important part – helping to eliminate weeds, map the land and reduce the need for scarce labour.

We chat to Professor Salah Sukkarieh from the Centre of Field Robotics about the potential for robots to revolutionise the industry.
