How will the NSW/VIC Border Closure Work?

Today is the first day of the temporary border closure between Victoria and New South Wales. The announcement was made on Monday when Victoria recorded a particularly high daily increase of COVID-19 cases. 

Interestingly, it’s the first time in a century that the border has been closed, the last time being due to the Spanish flu. So, how will this border closure work? We were joined by Andrew Burridge, a lecturer in Human Geography at Macquarie University to find out.
