Increasing Demands on Working Parents Mean Policies Must Step Up

With increasing demands on parents to successfully balance careers and family lives, individuals are looking to their places of work for policies to support them. Although we have moved the needle some way since the turn of the century, research at the University of Sydney reveals that there is still more that needs to be done.
