Is it OK to boil the water in the kettle more than once?

It’s a point of debate across households and work tea-rooms: is it OK to re-boil water that’s already in the kettle from last time? Or will that somehow make the water harmful?

We asked Professor Faisal Hai, Head of the School of Civil, Mining, Environmental and Archectural Engineering, from the University of Wollongong.

He joined us on the Thursday Daily this morning to clear up the debate!
