Its what you expect after seeing movies like 12 Angry Men

A trial by jury – 12 of your peers to assess your guilt.  But in Australia it appears that Judge – only trials are becoming more popular.  Do we no longer trust the judgement of the ordinary citizen?  Will the jury become a quaint icon of the past?  We take a look.
