Julian Assange wins appeal against his extradition

The UK’s High Court granted Mr Assange’s legal team an appeal on three grounds, given the US could assure the safety and integrity of Mr Assange.

However, the High Court decided the assurances were insufficient, paving the way to appeal Mr Assange’s extradition.
