If you got a new device for Christmas and it’s connected to the internet… chances are that some company is seeing all the data you put on the device… including your personal details.

And there’s a chance that data can be hacked by criminals. So we wanted to find out how to keep ourselves safe from cyber crime.

Associate Professor Paul Haskell-Dowland, from the Computing and Security Department at Edith Cowan University spoke to us about it.
