| Land titling in Australia for remote Indigenous Australians has undergone a major legal shift in how these lands are treated and developed. Indigenous Australians generally want to honour their country and their traditional customs and connection to ancestral land. However conflicting interests from government mean these communities struggle, particularly when a dominant interest is from a certain perspective of economic growth.
