‘Let The Ladies Go’ charity saves hens from the slaughterhouse

Animal rights have been in the news a lot lately, with issues surrounding the treatment and disposable nature of livestock coming to the forefront. One charity, ‘Let the Ladies Go’, has taken the fight into their own hands by rescuing hens from slaughterhouses and giving them a happy post-egg laying retirement. Victor Petrovic is joined by the founder of ‘Let the Ladies Go’, Tania Daykins.
