With the announcement made by the premier, once vaccination rates hit 70-80%, businesses will reopen along with the borders, with hopes of all Australians living safely together with the virus.  Will people be able to live normally with the virus?  Here’s to discuss with us was Professor Nancy Baxter from the University of Melbourne.
