Living Like Victorians

Sarah and Gabriel Chrisman live in Port Townsend, Washington USA; and the two of them have opted to live an interesting and experimental life. A sort of on-going research project whereby they’re living as authentically to the Victorian Era as possible (1837-1901). They don’t have mobile phones, or a fridge. Sarah doesn’t even have a driver’s license. They live in this emulated reality to gain first-hand knowledge of the historical period, while simultaneously helping Sarah to write historically accurate fiction works.
