Local Artist Spotlight – Leila Harris

Composer, singer/songwriter, pianist, flautist, music producer, First Soprano for the Sydney Philharmonia choir – Leila Harris has been studying their craft from the age of 6.

Leila Harris’ 2024 graduate album, Monstrous Feminine, blends themes of madness and operatic drama with contemporary electronica, using the tension between these two disciplines to explore womanhood, marginalisation, and autonomy and power. 

Leila will be performing their final live show of 2025, Vesperia III, on Sunday December 7th at Butcher’s Brew Bar in Dulwich Hill. Or, explore the LoverDyke Exhibition, running from November 28 to December 5 at Flow Studios 88, Camperdown.
