Lyle Shelton joins Cory Bernadi’s Australian Conservatives Party

Conservative politician and leader of the Australian Christian Lobby Lyle Shelton, is set to join Senator Cory Bernardi to press a claim for his presence in Federal Parliament.

Mr Shelton believes that politics in Australia needs Christian influence on the inside but is this what Australian politics really needs and does religion in Australia have an influence in Australian politics overall?
