Medicinal Cannabis: Australia to become biggest producers

With only a handful- 323 to be exact, of ill Australian patients accessing medicinal cannabis prescriptions, our current market demand for it is still very limited. However the government has proposed to legalise  the exportation of medicinal cannabis products. They say Australian will be prioritised first, to ensure their accessibility. But with such a small market, will this  really  benefit Australians or is it an ambitious business proposal for economic gain?   Adam Miller, Founder and Board member of Medical Cannabis Council Australia and Budding Tech, a medical cannabis innovation program joined us to discuss these issues.
