Mental Health During the Festive Season

Christmas and New Year are right around the corner and apart from the festive excitement that comes with it, there is also things like anxiety, stress and loneliness. Not all people experience the festive season in the same way as everyone else. Dr Rosanne Freak-Poli from the school of Public Health and Preventive Medicine joined Thursday Drive to discuss this important topic.
