Mental illness is a gift

The taboo associated with mental illness often makes open discussion around the issue quite difficult. Nick Bowditch – entrepreneur, advisor, investor, writer, key-note speaker and Founder of The Mentoring Club – has explored these themes through his own personal experience and found that he benefitted from the chance to speak honestly about his struggles. He’s also the presenter of a controversial TEDx Talk called “Mental illness is a gift”. He joined Nic for a chat about mental health.
