Mid-morning coffee works better than early caffeine hit

Nothing beats a coffee in the early morning to kickstart your day. However a recent study out of Macquarie university shows that it might be better to hold off for a few hours before getting your daily caffeine intake. The study shows that a mid-morning coffee can boost your energy and productivity when you need it most. Today on The Daily we were joined by Bernard Champion, Associate Professor in medicine at Macquarie University.
