Mind the Gap: Gender pay inequality

A recent report has found Australia’s gender pay gap hasn’t narrowed in the last seven years and that gender discrimination has stagnated. In 2014, women earned $29.07 per hour, whereas men earned $31.48. To find out what needs to be done to close Australia’s gender pay gap, we were joined by Tamara Price, Director in Management Consulting at KPMG, and author of the She’s Price(d)less: The economics of the gender pay gap report.
