Modernization of traditional school exams is necessary

The year 12 exam results can be predicted by year 11. The current school model is outdated and not only causes stress and health issues, but leads to students missing out on developing self-motivation, self-guidance, and crucial skills for the future job market. Would a form of self-motivated learning to create a more meaningful school experience create better future results?
