More Civil Societies: More Women in Everyday

On this week’s episode, Eva Cox stresses the point that with more women participating in our general society everyday, rather than just a mass focus on days like International Women’s Day, that our society would be a better place not only for women, but also men.

She argues that placing men in caring roles usually held by a woman, such as nursing and teaching, show men how work of this kind does require equal pay. It is time to end the gender gap, and push us forward as a more equal and progressive society.
