More Civil Societies: Protest as a tool to effect change

Last week, Swedish student Elin Ersson made headlines after a video went viral of the activist trying to prevent the deportation of an Afghan man by refusing to take a seat until the man was removed from the flight.

This is just one example of ordinary people using their individual agency and responsibility for the greater good.
