National Skin Cancer Action Week

It is currently National Skin Cancer Prevention Week, and new Cancer Council survey results show that we are getting better at the ‘Slop’ but more lax with the ‘Slip’ and ‘Slap’ when it comes to sun protection. This isn’t so great, considering the fact that 2 in 3 Australians will develop skin cancer in their lifetimes. Liz King is the Skin Cancer Prevention Manager at Cancer Council NSW, and she spoke to Nic about how we can improve our sun protection habits as we welcome summer.
