NOVA, the Employment Service Supporting Those With Disabilities

Over 4.3 million Australians live with a disability. For them, finding a job can be tough. Australia actually has one of the world’s lowest employment participation rates for people living with a disability. But there’s a not-for-profit employment service in Sydney’s West working to change that. They’re called Nova Employment and their CEO Martin Wren joined The Daily to talk more about the work they’re doing.
