NSW Labor Food Truck Proposal

Imagine having dinner with a bunch of friends, some want burgers, others want mexican and you want a nice pad thai. Well this won’t work…. OR WILL IT?

The idea of food trucks is one that seems popular in Sydney, but being shrouded in red tape keeps them from fulfilling their tasty potential.

A NSW Labor proposal is putting forward some pretty common sense regulations which could see the food truck scene boom here in Sydney. Daniel Mookhey, a member of the Legislative Council putting these ideas forward, and joined Mitch to chat about food trucks.
