NSW Teachers Striking for Better Conditions

On Dec 7, NSW public school teachers will take a 24 hour strike action. This comes at the end of a long and stressful year facilitating online learning. Federation representatives say that their wages haven’t increased in proportionate with their workload, leading to a shortage of teachers to fill roles in schools. NSW Teachers Federation senior vice president Amber Flohm joined Toby on the Monday Daily to outline the goals and concerns of the teachers.
