NSW Treasurer Announces Plans to Reform Stamp Duty

The NSW Treasurer has announced in recent consultation papers that NSW will be moving to replace stamp duty with a property tax. This would be the huge overhaul of the system that will do away with a tax that has been around since the 1800s.
