From TV to stage to music, OKENYO is a celebrated Sydney-based artist across many entertainment fields. She’s been on the same billing as Santigold and Billie Eilish, having played at Splendour and also last week at Vivid. Having drawn comparisons to Janelle Monáe, M.I.A., and Frank Ocean, she is passionate about identifying misrepresentations and empowering the underrepresented.
