LGBTIQ community overcoming career anxiety and uncertainty

Anxiety and uncertainty are two issues a lot of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex and Queer (LGBTIQ) students and young professionals contend with. These feelings can often intensify when they’re in the early stages of working life, as many wonder — and often fear — how their sexual orientation, gender identity or intersex status will impact their careers.
