West Papua continues to be a thorny subject for Australia and Indonesia, which means we don’t get much detail about the situation in the region. Marcus Campbell is Advocacy and Publications Coordinator for UnitingWorld, the international development and partnerships arm of the Uniting Church, and has just completed a thesis about peace and conflict in West Papua.
