Personal Devices Could Be Used Against You In Criminal Investigations

The Government is introducing a bill that would threaten the privilege against self-incrimination for those under criminal investigation. A number of organisations have expressed concerns as the bill would give security agencies the power to use electronic devices for surveillance.  We spoke to Paul Karp, reporter for the Guardian Australia.
