Has political correctness failed itself?

Do we not speak the truth, because we are too scared to offend? According the Australian right wing, we live in a world with “political correctness gone mad” but just how mad is it? That’s the topic of a debate being run next week by The Ethics Centre as one of the IQ2 series of talks. Kym Middleton, head of editorial at the Ethics Centre and producer of the IQ2 series, spoke to us this morning.
