Cardiac arrest is one of the most common causes of death in our country affecting around 30 000 Aussies per year. Thankfully, due to advances in technology and the prevalence of easily accessible AED’s (Automated External Defibrillators), the survival rate of sudden cardiac arrest has increased from 26% to 47%. Recently our producer Rivir Candelario spoke to Greg Page, the founder of not-for-profit charity Heart of the Nation or known most notably as the original yellow wiggle.
