‘Privacy,open wide’

Privacy concerns have become a mainstream focus for the world in the last few years as law tries to catch up with advances in technology. Last week, the Federal Court narrowed the definition of what is deemed personal information. Personal information is now determined by whether a person can be identified from the data or not.

Dr Jake Goldenfein from the Swinburne University of Technology joined Sam Baran to explain more.
