Proffesor Hal Pawson on Increasingly Grim Housing Market

The latest housing data revealed that house prices across all capital cities have risen for the 14th consecutive month. This was paired with data showing that investors’ market share is growing, up to 42% in NSW putting further strain on first home buyers. We were joined by  Professor of Housing Policy and associate director of UNSW’s City Future Research Centre Hal Pawson.
