Protest for Stronger Koala Protection

During the 2019-20 bushfire season almost 25% of Koala habitat was destroyed. With many unsatisfied with the minimal action the Government has taken to ensure their protection, a protest is now taking place this Saturday, which also marks Koala Day of action, 11 am at Hyde Park demanding that tougher legal protection be put in place.

So what’s the objective of the protest?
