Qantas hits turbulence to fix company: FAAA

One of the issues the Flight Attendants Association of Australia wants Qantas to fix is the conditions for cabin crew.
Poor quality catering and broken seats are now an everyday problem, and along with low wages, it’s becoming unsustainable to retain quality staff.
