Reading: 20 minutes a day improves our mental health.

Reading books can improve your critical thinking skills, creativity, and curiosity. It is important to take time away from our phones and remember to take time out of your day to read. Studies show that social media affects our attention span and 20 minutes a day is all you need to get back into reading.  Reading can improve our mental health. Lisa Farrell, Professor of Economics and Health Economics at RMIT University joined us on the line.
