Recap of COP28 summit in Dubai

The COP28 summit in Dubai concludes today, without a strong agreement to phase out fossil fuels.

Instead, countries like the US, UK, Japan, and Australia won’t sign an agreement to ‘death certificates’, referring to the Pacific countries
already affected by climate change.
