Reducing Plastic Pollution

Plastic pollution is entering our waterways at an alarming rate. Scientists around the world are actively researching to measure the human response needed to reduce future emissions.

Dr Megan Barnes of the University of Western Australia’s School of Agriculture and Environment joined The Daily. Dr Barnes most recently worked within a group which modelled future scenarios which mapped out the effort needed to reduce plastic water pollution.
